Dr. Cueva founded his new venture with Saudé on the premise of quality dermatologic care for his patients. He is committed to providing the most advanced procedures and information on all aspects of treating skin. Coupled with their pharmaceutical offering, Saudé addresses the treatment of skin cancer, child and adult acne, skin lesions, and other skin abnormalities. His continuing medical education at international medical meetings and symposia help to keep him aligned with new and innovative ways to treat his patients. Dr. Cueva is part of a specialized group of dermatologists in Mexico who have their own compounding lab and manufacture a leading hair growth formula called Derma 5 for alopecia patients. The product is sold throughout Mexico, and Dr. Cueva alone has over 1,500 patients to date.

The medical spa further drives the Saudé brand recognition of Dr. Cueva’s thriving dermatology practice. "Offering body treatments has become a good portion of our business," said Cueva. PLASTIC SURGERY SUITE

The state-of-the-art facility within Saudé Medical Spa provides the complete care of a plastic surgery patient from consultation suite through surgery and into the recovery bay. A private entrance is offered to those who choose to keep their anonymity during the process. A consultation room is connected to the lobby where the patients are interviewed and given the details of their upcoming surgery.

NOVAPIEL PHARMACY

The Novapiel Pharmacy has been in operation for over twelve years and is located next to the original Laserium dermatology practice and spa owned by Dr. Cueva. Providing pharmaceutical grade prescriptives is an important role in the repairing affects and continued progress of the skin treatments. Dr. Cueva’s pharmacy staff is well versed in providing information and solutions to his patients. Several skin care lines, prescription hair products, and other beauty products also line the shelves of the pharmacy.

THE SAUDÉ STAFF

Saudé’s staff is all in complementary uniforms with colors accenting the overall look and feel of the medical spa. The staff is comprised of five aestheticians, three administrative employees, a spa director, and three physicians. Juan Carlos Fuentes, M.D. is the plastic surgeon who provides the surgical expertise for the medical spa. The Saudé staff is extremely professional with the patients and show a true sense of compassion for the customers who walk through their doors.
