Today, KibiKibi Body has brought the fitness and spa worlds together, creating an all-inclusive fitness and wellness experience to promote better physical and mental health. KibiKibi Body will be based on session packages and walk-in clientele – no memberships required. Specialized in delivering total body workouts in just 20-minute sessions, KibiKibi Body guides clients through three progressive phases highlighted below: Acclimation Phase – Initial sessions provide first exposure to Acceleration Training™ and set up the foundation for safely adding exercises and increasing resistance settings.
Initial Assessment & Development Phase – Two-part phase including a comprehensive ultrasound fitness assessment and four one-on-one program development sessions. Client goals and baseline fitness levels are assessed to put instructor and client on the same page, while enforcing proper form and equipment use, effectively creating a partnership striving to accomplish agreed upon and targeted goals.
Group Sessions – Armed with a newly developed personalized training program, clients may schedule their group sessions at any time and will be working with between one and four clients in a semi-private exercise format with an instructor.
