MelanAGE Skin Lightening System

The Melanage Skin Lightening System, which contains skin brightening ingredients, hydroquinone, anti-oxidants and Vitamin A, causes simultaneous melanin inhibition with peeling and allows treatment of higher Fitzpatrick Types. Until now, there have been very few effective treatments for hyperpigmentation, melasma, and deep pigment issues, especially for patients with Fitzpatrick Skin types IV - VI.

Most lasers and light technologies on the market today do not safely treat dark skin. The Melanage Skin Lightening System, which contains skin brightening ngredients, hydroquinone, anti-oxidants and Vitamin A, causes simultaneous melanin inhibition with peeling and allows treatment of higher Fitzpatrick Types. Melanage has been introduced to treat melasma, hyperpigmentation, and pigmented blemishes on all skin types, including type VI.

The Melanage Skin Lightening System is a superficial peel designed to improve the texture and appearance of hyperpigmented skin, which involves a one-time, in-office masque treatment and an at-home regimen.

I have been treating patients of all skin types with the Melanage Peel. From Caucasians to Latinas, African Americans, Asians, and East Indians, Melanage has been eliciting exceptional results. Dr. Tanne graduated from Barnard College of Columbia University. She completed her medical training at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine and Saint Vincent’s Medical Center in New York.
